Objective: Plan, organize, and prepare for construction to minimize risks, control costs, and ensure schedule compliance.
Typical CM Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project schedules with milestones.
- Coordinate with design team to align design deliverables with construction planning.
